Return Policy

This Return Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return products, and receive a refund when you buy from Ploxarelzar (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website https://ploxarelzar.ddd. It applies to purchases of Cardiovance Plus and other products we sell. We have set out below both your statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and our commercial return and refund procedures. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

For any return or refund request, please contact us using the details above or the contact section on the Site. We will respond as quickly as possible and in any event within the timeframes required by law.
2. Your right to cancel (distance and off-premises contracts, UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you bought products at a distance (e.g. online) or off our premises, you have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post to the address above). You may use a model cancellation form if we have provided one; we can also supply one on request. If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not reimburse the cost of enhanced or express delivery unless you requested it and we agreed). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We will make the refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or the evidence of return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear it or unless we failed to inform you that you would have to bear it. We will inform you of the cost of return if we do not offer to pay it.
Deduction for diminished value: If the value of the goods has been diminished by your handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging when it was not necessary), we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect that diminished value. For food supplements, opening the product and using part of it may amount to handling beyond what is necessary; in such cases we may make a reasonable deduction. We will inform you of any deduction before processing the refund.
3. Your right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods (UK consumers)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the products we send you do not conform to the contract (e.g. they are faulty, damaged, or not as described), you may have the right to reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or to request a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. You must give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation (e.g. by offering a replacement) before insisting on a refund in some cases. If you believe the goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately with details and, if possible, photographs. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will not charge you for return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods. Refunds for rejected goods will be made without undue delay, in any event within 14 days of the day we agree that you are entitled to a refund.
4. Our voluntary 14-day return policy (no reason required)
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary policy that allows you to return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, without having to give a reason. This applies provided the products are in a resaleable condition. To use this option: contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return; we will confirm the return instructions; you send the products back to us at your own cost (unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is faulty); once we have received and checked the products, we will process the refund within 14 days. This voluntary policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days as described in section 2, which may allow you to return products even if opened, subject to possible deduction for diminished value.
5. How to return products
Unless we agree otherwise (e.g. for faulty goods we may arrange collection): you are responsible for returning the products to us at the address we provide; you should use a traceable method (e.g. signed-for delivery) and keep proof of postage; we recommend insuring the package for the value of the products. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit until we receive the goods. Please include your name, order number, and (if applicable) reason for return so we can process your request quickly. If you are returning under the voluntary 14-day policy, products must be unopened and in original packaging. If you are returning under your statutory right to cancel, we may deduct from the refund an amount for diminished value if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary (see section 2).
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of: (a) the day we receive the goods back (or evidence of return), in the case of cancellation or voluntary return; or (b) the day we agree that you are entitled to a refund, in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. If you have received a replacement or partial refund (e.g. price reduction), we will only refund the balance due. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to credit your account after we have processed the refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to have a different product, you may return the original in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process the refund for the returned order as set out above.
8. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or the product has been used, except where the product is faulty or not as described, or where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel and we are making a deduction for diminished value. In the case of cancellation, if you have opened and used part of the product, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value, as permitted by law.
9. Business customers
If you are buying in the course of a business (and not as a consumer), the statutory cancellation and refund rights described above may not apply. We may agree separate return terms with business customers on a case-by-case basis. For business customers, our liability is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service.
10. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or refund, please contact us and we will try to resolve the matter. If you are a consumer in the UK and we cannot resolve the dispute, you may have the right to refer the matter to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or to seek advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau or other consumer organisations. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
11. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site. For orders already placed, the version of the policy that applied at the time of the order will generally apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
